This band is amazing everybody, can't believe you don't mention them much. They are the only band that doesn't play covers around here and are original. Those boys will make it someday I just know it. Caught them at cherry street on Halloween they know how to play and entertain the crowd. Just surprised how you don't seem to show much support for them.

I recently attended some shows at America's buget inns or something here in town. I wish more people would have been at each, but the bands really rocked out and were all different. Midas Crow, Electra City, Vice Eye and Worba were all killer together and the crowd seemed to enoy each band not just hang out for a while to make a scene or see their friends play and leave. The other show was acoustic with Midas Crow and Half a Mind, also a good rocking time. There are 9000 people in Nevada, and you would think some them would come check out all these bands. I mean this music is not just for kids, it is for everyone so lend them an ear. All people in this town do is complain that nothing ever goes on, nothing is cool, well last time I checked bands playing live (indoors) was not lame! I mean watch some local talent, I mean you might even like it!

Was he in the band The Jabs? Doug Perdue?
they were put together from the remnants of the Mighty John Waynes, which disintegrated over the summer of 2002, and Dirty Little Secrets, which disbanded around the same time. Drummer Andy Fark was added to an already strong lineup of Doug Perdue on guitar, Ben Schimmel on bass and Jade Gordley on vocals.

Down n Out will be releasing it's debut demo some time in early May. The self-produced sessions developed quite smoothly at KODA Music Center in Downtown Nevada, with engineer Justin Copeland. This endeavor shows of the band's songwritting skills and musicianship quite equally and will definetly be a watershed event in the local music scene. So spread the word that the new -old sound you've been lookin' for is commin' and there's no way to stop it.

While my girlfriend and I were helping Berlin Drop with some new band pictures, something else developed besides the fearsome three's faces! Krazy, spookiness, galore! Yeah, that's right, there was evidence of some type of entity or something lingering around. Isn't that wack? I wish Silvia Brown could have been there! Just ask the boys from the Drop about, It was pretty cool! I wounder if it could give me this weeks lotto numbers? Perhaps I'll ask it another time. So check out the cemetary on South Washington for yourself and see if you too can come up with some good pictures. Or do you already have some freaky pictures of the unexplained? Write back and maybe Doug can post 'em for a contest or something. Good luck!

Has anyone else out there seen this ongoing ad in the Nevada Daily Mail about a homeowner asking for any information regarding the identity of the perps who have stolen everything they own and are illegally dumping trash on their farm? That is crazy! What is this world comming to? I mean this is has got to be an inside job, for real. This poor homeowner has got to open their eyes! Watch a little Knight Rider now and then and you'll see that it is someone who you trust! That is my advice. I wish I knew who these culprit's were, cause I could use some reward money. So does anybody know, I mean I would split the bounty, 80/20 or at least give you honorable mention for your information!

I did want to metion that Kalatria had a valid reason why they could not come to the show. I have worked with them guys several times and they are always very good about promoting, and being prompt, when playing shows. I truly was a missfortune that they could not attend.

This is Smokin' Dave from the Doghouse band sayin thanks to all who voted for us at the local ear awards cause we really cleaned house once again this year. We appreciate your support so much! It has been a very crazy, hectic, and perfect ride for us so far and with your help it'll keep on goin'.
